Let's Make This Official
Sign up in five minutes — no cost, no obligation, no inventory to manage.
Every partner (realtor, insurance agent, or otherwise) must submit a completed IRS Form W-9 before CWC Security can pay out any referral reward. Practically, that means during sign-up we collect it up front rather than waiting until a referral converts, so there's no delay when a reward is actually due. If a partner's total rewards for the calendar year reach $600 or more, CWC Security is required to issue that partner a Form 1099-NEC for tax reporting, which is exactly why the W-9 has to be on file first — it's what provides the legal name, address, and taxpayer ID (SSN or EIN) needed to file that form correctly with the IRS.
