Who we're looking for

Experienced

Installation Technician

Install and program security and low-voltage systems on new and existing homes and businesses.

You'll

  • Run and terminate cable (Cat6, coax, alarm wire)
  • Install alarm panels, sensors, cameras and recorders
  • Mount card readers and door hardware
  • Test every system and walk the customer through it

It helps if you have

  • Low-voltage, alarm or cabling experience
  • A valid driver's license
  • Comfort on ladders and in attics and crawl spaces

Experienced

Service Technician

Keep our customers' systems running: troubleshooting, repairs, inspections and upgrades.

You'll

  • Diagnose alarm, camera and access control problems
  • Replace devices, batteries and failed equipment
  • Work with our central station on signals and testing
  • Be the friendly, professional face of CWC on site

It helps if you have

  • Hands-on troubleshooting experience
  • Basic networking knowledge (IP addresses, switches, WiFi)
  • A valid driver's license

Apprentice / Helper

Start a career in the trade. Work alongside our technicians and learn the business from the ground up.

You'll

  • Help pull cable and mount equipment
  • Learn how alarm, camera and network systems work
  • Keep job sites clean and organized
  • Grow into a technician role as your skills build

What we look for

  • Reliable, on time and willing to learn
  • Good with your hands and comfortable with tools
  • A valid driver's license is a plus
