The Project
This East Hills real estate office needed a complete security and technology foundation for a newly built-out space — not a single system bolted on after the fact, but access control, video surveillance, alarm monitoring, and network infrastructure designed together from day one, plus a conference room ready for client presentations.
Every system in this build runs on the same structured cabling and the same network cabinet, which keeps the office easy to manage and easy to expand as the business grows.
What We Installed
Access Control & Video Doorbell
A Paxton card reader paired with a video doorbell at the main entrance, so staff can see and control exactly who's coming through the door.
Alarm System
A full alarm keypad at the interior entry, giving staff simple arm/disarm control alongside the office's lighting switches.
CCTV Monitoring
Camera feeds routed to a front-desk monitoring station, giving staff a live view of the entrance and office without leaving their desk.
Conference Room TV
A wall-mounted display in the conference room, wired and ready for client presentations and video calls.
IT Network Cabinet & Cabling
A dedicated network cabinet housing the patch panel, PoE injectors for access control and cameras, and the access control power supply — all labeled and organized for easy service down the road.
